The all knowing God

“God doesn’t miss a thing— he’s alert to good and evil alike.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭15‬:‭3‬ ‭MSG‬‬

One thing that I’d like to encourage you on is this truth, that our Father knows all things. Sometimes as people we can get used to things looking like they happen out of nowhere, but there’s a God in heaven who is watching over us. Psalm 91:10 says; “no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.”
‭‭This is a promise and it’s regarding you and everyone around you. The same chapter continues to say; “God sends angels with special orders to protect you wherever you go, defending you from all harm. If you walk into a trap, they’ll be there for you and keep you from stumbling.”Psalms‬ ‭91‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ ‭TPT‬‬. No matter the outcome, He always provides a way out. Few weeks back while in prayer God showed me why it was crucial for Him to surpass enough. He said that being enough would have limited what and who He can be to us all. Imagine a cup that can fill up any amount of liquid poured in it. That cup will have to be supernatural. But see God is, He can handle any trouble or situation we come with. He’s always ready, nothing surprises Him. Whatever shows up unannounced, will find Him there. He’s all knowing and He said that He has a plan for us. No matter how it looks now, God knows what’s next. Cling to Him and trust in His ways

Let’s look at 1Kings17, just after prophet Elijah had declared drought in the land, the bible says that God instructed him to go into hiding. He then made ravens bring him food, bread and meat every morning and evening. He also drank from a nearby brook until it dried up. When this happened God still made provision for him, He instructed him to go to Zaraphath, Where he will find a widow that will supply food to him. When he got there he indeed found this woman, but the woman only had food that was enough for her and her child. Prophet Elijah knowing that God was aware of this gave a word, “For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’1 Kings‬ ‭17‬:‭14‬. And the bible says that there was food for them every day. The woman thought this drought will result in her and her son dying but God had plans and brought the prophet to her. The day Elijah entered her life, the supernatural started happening. Later on her son got sick and died then the woman brought the matter to the man of God, Elijah quickly turned to the One who knows it all. He cried out then asked God to wake the boy up, and He did. I’m thinking that the enemy thought let’s see how God is going to solve this one, but it wasn’t a surprise to Him. If He made a way, then He must have known about it. Sometimes He brings the right people to usher you into that new and great season, He’s making sure that whatever the enemy does to disturb God’s plan does not succeed. He will bring people who will pray with you and for you, so that nothing snatches this blessing out of your hands. Remember the Shunammite woman who together with her husband provided accommodation to Prophet Elisha? The woman got pregnant, then gave birth to a boy, who later got sick and died. She then went to Elisha, when he saw her coming from afar the bible says that he told his servants to meet her and ask if all is well. The woman insisted that all was well, but when she met Elisha she cried out. The prophet said to the servants; “…, “Leave her alone! She is in bitter distress, but the Lord has hidden it from me and has not told me why.”” 2Kings‬ ‭4‬:‭27‬ ‭NIV‬‬. Elisha was aware that God knew about what had happened. He knew that this was not a surprise to our Heavenly Father, He again made a way for the boy to rise. The woman had the right people around to make sure that nothing comes against God’s promise, Prophet Elisha might have stepped out of the compound at that moment but God was there and He made sure that the woman reaches out to Elisha. Again we see God’s power. His power can not be challenged. It has insight into all things and it brings solutions for any type of situations.

God has authority over all things, He won’t sleep on you. He knows your heart desires, and He’s making sure that when they are fulfilled they remain with you forever. Allow Him to work it out for you, trust Him and do everything He says you should do. He showed Joseph a vision, and even thou it took time He still made it happen. Every event that took place in Joseph’s life was important, no matter how unfair it looked, it led him to a place where God’s word over his life will be accomplished. He had to stand before the king and interpret his dreams, without any middleman. Imagine all the trainings he had gone through, finally Heaven said; “ he is ready”. The king had a dream and no one could interpret it. When Joseph was called, he came ready, prepared to demonstrate our Father’s ability. God knows about this season of your life, He is making sure that you are properly positioned for His work and blessings. He won’t fail you, He has everything under control. Think of Jesus, He was declared dead for 3 days but still He arose. I can imagine Our Father in Heaven, holding Jesus’s breath, making sure that when the 3rd day comes He breaths again and He did. Our Saviour defeated death and sin, there’s nothing that is unknown to Him. No matter how it looks or feels, trust Him. Refuse to believe in anything else but Him. That job you’re waiting for, the breakthrough that you are praying to God for will come and it will not be ordinary. “‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.””Haggai‬ ‭2‬:‭9‬. Let Him prepare you for what’s coming, He already said that it will be great, hallelujah. I encourage you to continue believing in everything He has said. “For the Scriptures encourage us with these words: “Everyone who believes in him will never be disappointed.””Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭11‬ ‭TPT‬‬. Hold on, our God knows all things. And it will end in you holding that promise. You will testify of His goodness!
